Growing up in an under privileged area of Manchester, football was a way of life. Like many kids, I dreamed of playing in the Prem, spending countless hours perfecting my skills against a wall and on the local park. 

Unfortunately like so many other academy players the dream never quite materialised. But my love for the beautiful game never faltered.

After previously coaching at grassroots level I found the current training aids uninspiring. This sparked an idea for an all in one product that I would have loved when I was dreaming of making it. Growing up playing football anywhere we could was all about the enjoyment & competition against my mates & I feel this is severely lacking in the current training market... and so The Cube was born.

The Cube is what happens when street football heritage meets elite training. It's for every player from all backgrounds and walks of life looking to unlock their true potential or simply for the love of the game.

I truly believe we are missing a football training brand that goes beyond just selling equipment. One that feels part of the culture—mixing football with music, fashion, and everything that makes the game more than just a sport. Most players spend their lives on the training ground, so why shouldn’t that space feel as inspiring and creative as a match day? That’s what Volta Sports is all about.
