At Volta Sports, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably – with no fuss. Here’s how shipping works:
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
🚚 UK Shipping (Currently Available)
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.
🌍 International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We're working to roll out shipping to Europe and beyond. International customers – stay tuned, and sign up to our newsletter for updates.
🔍 Tracking
Every order includes a tracking link once dispatched. You’ll be able to monitor your delivery in real-time.
⚠️ Delays
While we work hard to dispatch on time, delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you updated.
📬 Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at connor@volta-sports.co.uk. We’ll sort it – whether that means a replacement or refund.
